Classic Prints
Our 200gsm museum-quality paper is sourced exclusively from Hahnemühle, the world's most renowned papermaker. The paper is acid and lignin-free, making it highly resistant to aging. We print using water-based inks, and the paper has been independently tested to be light-resistant for at least 100 years.
Canvas Prints
Our canvas is a finely textured, artist-grade cotton substrate that consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and precision. Each stretched canvas begins with a 12-colour giclée print. The stretched canvas print is then hand-finished by our most experienced canvas framing teams, ensuring each corner fold is perfectly smooth and taut.
Precious Metals
All of our Gold and Silver are 100% recycled, and we source from suppliers that have signed up to the REACH regulations. This means no cadmium or lead is added as an alloy in the production process. We use Fairtrade Gold, which is the world’s first independent ethical certification system for gold.
Gold Vermeil
We use a process called Vermeil (pronounced ver-may, it's French!) which is at least six times thicker than regular gold plating. Vermeil is a legally regulated process that ensures a thick layer of gold on solid sterling silver, giving a very long-lasting finish to our vermeil jewellery. We will only use precious metals in our products.

We have been around since 2017, which in internet years is a very long time. We believe a large part of our success has been to ask ourselves to "be the customer", ask ourselves whether we would be happy to receive the product or service that we are providing.
Most of our customer service team have been with us since the very start, so they understand all the issues and frustrations that can arise from being an online business and they are empowered to go above and beyond where possible to provide the best service possible.

We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our environmental impact; this is significant not only to me but to the entire team. All our efforts thus far have made us a carbon-neutral company, yet we continue to aim for more. We examine our entire process from paper sourcing to packaging, our jewelry materials, and the way we host our technology platform. Every aspect is taken into account and continually assessed to determine how we can improve further.
