The Night Sky, a quiet Irish success story
The Night Sky began with a bedtime ritual, “I’d open the curtains and tell them their Dad was looking at the same stars,” says founder Ciara. “It always settled them. That simple idea—that we’re all connected under the same sky—sparked something powerful in me.”
For the past eight years, The Night Sky has transformed memories into modern heirlooms. From a small studio in Dublin, we pioneered the personalised star map—a way to capture the exact alignment of the stars from any moment that matters.
What started as a deeply personal project has since grown into a global business rooted in three simple principles: Quality, Care, and Conscience. Every product we create is designed to honour the emotion behind it—whether it's joy, love, loss, or pride in an achievement.
We use the finest materials—museum-grade papers, precious metals, and real astronomical data—to ensure your memory is captured beautifully and built to last. Every piece is made with care in our Dublin studio or by trusted partners, and always with the thought, “Would I be happy to receive this?”

We have been around since 2017, which in internet years is a very long time. We believe a large part of our success has been to ask ourselves to "be the customer", ask ourselves whether we would be happy to receive the product or service that we are providing.
Most of our customer service team have been with us since the very start, so they understand all the issues and frustrations that can arise from being an online business and they are empowered to go above and beyond where possible to provide the best service possible.

We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our environmental impact; this is significant not only to me but to the entire team. All our efforts thus far have made us a carbon-neutral company, yet we continue to aim for more. We examine our entire process from paper sourcing to packaging, our jewelry materials, and the way we host our technology platform. Every aspect is taken into account and continually assessed to determine how we can improve further.
